As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I admire your veteran-owned expertise. Despite decades of funding, veterans face homelessness (32,882 per HUD 2024), PTSD suicides, and 75% transition unemployment. I invite you to collaborate on our Serenity Stronghold Action Plan for impactful change.
Our 8-year plan creates 50 centers, beginning with 12 in Phase 1 (2026–2028). Emphasizing wellness, job training, and family support, the centers offer therapies like model train railroading (potential 50–80% PTSD symptom reduction via mindfulness, based on recreational therapy research) and additional treatments. We’ll construct 10,000 housing units with VA reuse and extend to first responders.
Your commercial skills would aid our Richmond (Pathfinder Place) center and 300 housing units.
