As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I appreciate your SDVOSB’s commitment to quality and your Marine Corps service. Despite billions invested over 50 years, veterans continue to face homelessness (32,882 per HUD 2024), elevated PTSD-related suicides, and 75% unemployment among transitioning service members. I invite you to collaborate on our Serenity Stronghold Action Plan to contribute to meaningful change.
Our 8-year plan develops 50 centers, beginning with 12 in Phase 1 (2026–2028). Focused on wellness, job training, and family support, the centers include therapies like model train railroading (potential 50–80% PTSD symptom reduction through mindfulness, based on recreational therapy research) and complementary treatments. We’ll build 10,000 housing units with VA reuse and include first responders facing similar challenges.
Your VA project experience would be key for our Albany (Resilience Refuge) and New York (Vitality Vault) centers.

- Build the two centers ($20M contract) and donate $5M in materials.
